Website

The website provides static puzzle pages and downloads. It does not use cookies, advertising, or analytics scripts. Fonts, artwork, and QR codes are served from the website rather than third-party services.

The hosting provider processes requests to deliver and secure the website. A web request includes technical information such as your IP address, the requested URL, and browser information. This is separate from playing offline in the mobile app.

Mobile app

Guided Sudoku works offline. The app does not send your data to us or to third parties. It has no accounts, ads, tracking, analytics services, or automatic crash reporting.

Games, pencil marks, progress, play history, statistics, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Daily puzzles and hints are calculated on the device without contacting a server.

We cannot access your saved app data. It remains in local app storage until it is removed. You can remove it by deleting the app and its data through your device settings. Device backups and restoration are managed by your operating system and your backup settings; the app does not run its own cloud backup or sync service.

Links and feedback

The app opens website, privacy, feedback, and store links only when you choose them. These links open in your browser or another external app. The app does not attach your saved games, statistics, or preferences to these links.

Visiting a link makes a request to its destination. The website or store then handles that request under its own privacy practices. If you choose to send feedback or email, you decide what to share. We use information you send to respond and help with your request.

App stores and device services

Apple, Google, and your device provider may process information when you download or update the app, use their stores, or enable device services such as backups or diagnostics. Those services are governed by their providers’ privacy policies. The Guided Sudoku app does not include an advertising or analytics SDK.
